Tiara and Nissanga were University sweethearts who wanted intimacy, romance and beauty all around them on their special day. The wedding was held at Sulanga, overlooking the serene Bolgoda lake. It was truly beauty in its purest and most distilled form. The couple exchanged vows under the profound shade of a wise old tree, surrounded by the love of their closest friends and family.
Freshly made mohitos in jam jars, the smell of gardenias in the air and centerpieces of white and gold breathed elegance and charm into the cool night sky. The buffet was a lavish, long table of the finest in fusion cuisine – one of the highlights of an amazing function. Even the rain, which threatened to put a damper on proceedings in the days leading up to the ceremony, was serendipitous in its absence, allowing everyone to bask in the cool completeness of the fresh night air. Close friends of the couple took portraits of themselves and embedding them in the photo frames that were suspended from the branches of the surrounding trees. And so, with their dearest friends immortalized in nature and watching over them as they celebrated their love, Tiara and Nissanga were married. We wish them all the best!
